Aberaeron

The painted seaside town of Aberaeron with its quaint listed buildings lies right on the coastline of Ceredigion in Wales between Aberystwyth and Cardigan and is locally known as 'The Jewel of Cardigan Bay', it is also a magic place from which to spot bottlenose dolphins. The town is grouped around its pretty harbour which is dotted with sailing yachts and pleasure craft of all sorts.

A quite town, it is a charming place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the regular resorts with farm shops, craft centre and local pubs to tempt. There is an indoor market too hosting stalls of fresh fruit and veg, homemade cakes and jams and the local craftsmen and artists will always value your visit. One of the annual events is the Cardigan Bay Seafood Festival in July which you will find around the harbour and the Aberaeron Carnival takes place in August which starts with a parade from the quayside.

Here we try to offer a wide selection from budget to luxury hotels, guest houses, bed and breakfast, B&B accommodation suitable for holidays, vacations or business travellers in Aberaeron or surrounding areas.
