The Torbay Royal Regatta runs from 21–24 August and promises four days of exciting racing. Open to IRC yachts—featuring the IRC South West Championship—as well as cruisers, sportsboats, SB20s, and three national championships, the event is already attracting strong interest. With two race courses, the bay will be full of colour and action.
The J/24 fleet returns once again for its 2026 National Championship, while the Impala class will also compete, with a strong turnout expected due to Torbay’s central location between major sailing hubs. The RS21 class will make its debut on the English Riviera, hosting their National Championship here for the first time.
