Come and discover the unique history of the castle which became a lighthouse in 1787. Inside the Museum, learn about the history of Scotland's lighthouses with our stunning collection of lighthouse lenses, lamps and other material from the Northern Lighthouse Board.

And why not round off your visit with a meal in our tea room and a memento from our shop. The Museum is open all year round.
