You can only give this place 5stars.the warm and friendly greeting on arrival sets the tone of the place,nothing is to much trouble for Carole and her friend Wendy.the room(daisy)was compact but well appointed.the breakfast menu,you won’t find better in a 5 star hotel,everything fresh cooked and piping hot.the perfect b&b,well done carole

Stayed 11th /12th August. Fantastic B & B. First class breakfast, very comfortable room and will definitely stay there again next time we visit York. Well within walking distance of York railway station 10 /15 minutes, also a bus stop outside the door. Car parking permits available also from Carole. Many thanks to Carole and Wendy for a great stay.
