Colvend Golf Club, founded in 1905, is an 18-hole par-69 parkland course nestled on Scotland's stunning Solway Coast near Dumfries, Dalbeattie, and Castle Douglas. Originally designed by Willie Fernie and extended through works by Dave Thomas and John Souter (with input from Peter Alliss), the layout offers testing water features, tree-lined fairways, small well-guarded greens, and breathtaking views over the Solway Firth to the Cumbrian Fells and Isle of Man.
