Ashford Borough Museum, housed in a 17th-century Grade II listed building in the heart of Ashford’s town centre, offers a glimpse into the town's rich history. Operated by the Ashford Borough Museum Society, an independent charity run entirely by volunteers, the museum features exhibits on local history, including displays on Ashford’s railway heritage, social history, and notable personalities.

The museum is open from April to October, Tuesday to Saturday, 11 am to 2 pm (last entry at 1:30 pm). Admission is free, and the museum is accessible, with ramped access suitable for wheelchairs. It is located at The Churchyard, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1QG, opposite the west door of St. Mary’s Parish Church
