HALLIWELL'S HOUSE MUSEUM & ROBSON GALLERY, SELKIRK

Late March-October Mon-Sat 11.00-4.00. Sun 12.00-3.00. Admission Free. This award-winning museum recreates the buildings former use as a home and ironmonger's shop. The story of the historic Royal Burgh of Selkirk is told in the upstairs galleries. A video of Selkirk Common Riding enhances the colourful displays. The Robson Gallery hosts an exciting programme of temporary exhibitions. Ground floor area has a small retail area and a Tourist Information Point provided in partnership with VisitScotland. This venue is a partner in the Flodden Eco-museum initiative and includes collections relating to the Battle of Flodden 1513.
