Established for over 20 years, Cregennan Lakes is owned by the National Trust and is situated on the northern slopes of Cader Idris, 800 ft above sea level overlooking Mawddach Estuary. Fishing is permitted from 8am to 1 hour after dusk. We have 2 natural lakes - a large lake with a small island (27 acres) wild brown trout only, and a small lake (13 acres) regularly stocked with blue and rainbow trout, plus a good head of wild brownies. Rowing boats on the lakes - £10 per day.
