This is a wonderful family run Bed and Breakfast not too far from the centre of York. Very warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure you enjoyed your stay. Called us when we were on our way to ensure we knew how to get there and gave us the code to get in. Breakfast was served in a lovely little room downstairs. As myself and my husband are vegan they got us some milk so we could have cereal and we're not fussed to amend the breakfast menu slightly so we could eat. The rooms were small but had enough facilities to make it comfortable. They were also very clean with lovely soft towels and tea and coffee facilities too. You could hear people coming in and moving around in the hallway but that is probably due to the age of the building. Would definitely recommend staying here

A wonderful place to stay. A warm friendly welcome with a family feel. Perfect room everything you need is in there. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was great and plenty if it. Would definitely come here again and would recommend to anyone.
