Holme Farm's location is pretty idyllic. It is an excellent base for attempting any or all of the three peaks - Pen-y-ghent, Ingleborough and Whernside.
The surrounding scenery is quite picturesque and you can clearly see Pen-y-ghent and other surrounding hills from the campsite. The Ribble Way and Pennine Way footpaths are adjacent to the site. The farmer who owns the land is very friendly and welcoming. The site has neatly laid out pitches. Showers, toilet and washing up facilities are available.
2 pubs are close by. There's also an excellent cafe serving tea and convenience store. Whilst a train service is just 2 minutes from the campsite. Local bus service. Local Village hall available to let for groups/meetings. Open: All Year.
