Foxholes Castle Camping at Bishops Castle is a relaxed, family-run rural campsite on a 28-acre small holding, surrounded by glorious views of South West Shropshire's beautiful hill country.   It is an ideal location for families, couples, walkers, cyclists and photographers, conveniently situated on the Shropshire Way, connecting it with Bishop's Castle.

 
Foxholes Castle Camping offers separate areas for touring caravans, motor caravans and tents. These are on soft standing pitches. We are also developing a comfortable bunkhouse for walkers and long-distance cyclists. Our modern facilities include a new toilet block, with free showers. We also have chemical toilet disposal points and a recycling point. Sorry, no electric hook-ups at present.
 

We stock home-grown fruit and vegetables when in season. Provisions are readily available in nearby Bishop's Castle.     8-berth Static Caravan also available for hire offering spacious and comfortable accommodation with stunning views of the Shropshire hills, available for weekly and weekend lets.

The Coates Farm is a small campsite set on a working farm, offering a back to nature camping experience in a mowed field where you can have your own camp fire. Children and well-behaved dogs are welcome.

  
The bridle path goes through the farm to the Wenlock Edge & Jack Mytton Way, which is ideal for walking in the beautiful countryside. Shower, toilet and chemical disposal facilities are available. We have a hard tennis court onsite. Vans that are self contained are welcome as we have no electrical hook-ups. A stream runs by the side of the site adding to the ambience of the natural site. There are four pubs all within three miles that serve good wholesome food and we are five miles from Church Stretton. Neighbouring farm shop sells various items.

Robin Bebb welcomes you to his new Touring Caravan Park, where he has created a wonderful haven for visitors to escape to from their busy lives and get back to the wonders of nature.

The site has excellent access and is approached by a sweeping roadway, lawned either side and lined by daffodils and fruit trees. You then reach the 3 acres of beautiful lawned park with breathtaking scenery and access to a network of local footpaths. There are Ten Hook-up points each offering Electric and Mains Water points and Night-Lights. Each of these pitches is grassed and back onto hedgerows. Awnings are most welcome. Rallies are also welcome, please enquire about special rates. To ensure your stay is as peaceful as you require, the site is exclusively for people over the age of 18 only.

If you are seeking the peace and quiet of the countryside then look no further!   Church House Caravan and Camping park is situated in an enchanting setting, next to the River Vyrnwy and the historic Melverley Church.

 
On site there are toilets, washbasins (h & c) and a shower. Electric hook-ups (16 amp) are available. We have a recycling centre for bottles, cans and newspapers. If you enjoy walking you can take advantage of an abundance of local footpaths. The Severn Way long-distance footpath passes the site. Dogs are welcome provided that you respect the rules of the site, and the surrounding countryside. If fishing is your pastime, you need travel no further as the River Vyrnwy runs alongside.

Small shops which include an off-licence and a post office are about 3 miles away. Newly refurbished pub 100 meters away serving good food.
