Local Restaurants, Cafes, Pubs, Bars, etc in Llandudno
Places to eat in Llandudno.
Those of us who regularly holiday in Wales always know when we have arrived in Llandudno when we first see the long curved bay, and the promenade of pale Victorian buildings that stretch down the front with the Pier at the end. The Great Orme rises in the background and the waves break on the long curved crescent of sand.
There is something about the atmosphere here that you find no where else. Candy floss, donkey rides, Punch & Judy, and behind the rows of imposing hotels on the seafront lies the town with everything you would expect, from designer chic to quirky gift shops, from a nut and bolt to high class restaurants.
Llandudno is also noted for its excellent theatre and conference facilities
- Venue Cymru - listen to world class concerts, opera, musicals, pantomimes, and
drama etc.
When here most people like to take a trip up the Orme, either on foot or by more tranquil arrival on tram or cable car, the views from the top are fantastic, looking out towards Snowdonia, and the Clwydian Hills.
You can also enjoy boat trips and guided tours, the Alice in Wonderland trail in
Happy Valley, Bodafon Farm Park, Bonkerz Fun Centre. Llandudno is also known for its arts with many good galleries - the Mostyn,
The Gallery Tudno
Lodge and the Old Bank Gallery.
The castled town of Conwy is is a short hop away, and you are within easy reach of Rhos-on-Sea, Betws-y-Coed, the Snowdonia National Park and the Isle of Anglesey.
We cannot give a full list of all available food outlets but below is a small selection of those available in Llandudno or surrounding areas.

keeping it to themselves. Local produce is

Chantrey’s Restaurant is the culinary centre of
