The centre has an outdoor, full-sized all weather football pitch and a fitness room well equipped for cardiovascular exercise with a range of free weights. There are 2 glass backed squash courts and the main hall can be used for netball, cricket, football and badminton. We also have coaching for children's gymnastics, football and cheerleading. Plas Frecon Leisure Centre can now cater for childrens parties.

LLANDUDNO JUNCTION LEISURE CENTRE

The Centre boasts 2 glass backed squash courts, a 4 badminton court main hall, meeting room, able and disabled fitness suite (the first of it's kind that's opened in North Wales) and climbing wall. The centre is also an Adventure Activity Licensing Authority licensed provider of outdoor adventure activities for young people.

Situated in Eirias Park, fifty acres of beautiful park land the premier sporting and non sporting centre in the region. Indoor facilities include six lane swimming / leisure pool with various water features and a separate water slide. Work out in Reflexions fitness suite which incorporates all modern fitness equipment for a great work out. Relax in our health suite, enjoy the sauna, steam room facilities and wind down in the warm spa. Outdoor facilities include an athletics arena and grandstand and tennis courts. Additional facilities within the park, available during the summer, include crown green bowling greens, boating lake, pitch and putt golf and children's play areas.

WREXHAM WATERWORLD

Waterworld is one of the most up to date facilities of its kind in North Wales. It boasts a 6 lane, 25 metre pool with boom to separate an additional shallow end, and an additional learner pool. Added attractions include a raft ride, a lazy river feature and a spa pool. It also has a state of the art fitness studio with qualified staff on duty at all times. The health suite has a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi .
