Tel: 01352 770648   E-mail:

Treetops consists of ten lakes, set in the foothills of Wales, yet only twenty minutes from Chester. They have the most spectacular views from a fishery anywhere in the country with eight lakes tiering down the hillside with two more lakes in the valley. My favourites being Twin Islands and Brithyll Mawr (in English Big Trout). Eight of the lakes are stocked with rainbow trout up to 161bs. The tenth lake, the "LLYN", is stocked with brown trout only.

Bodelwyddan Game Anglers

Fishing the Lakes and rivers of North Wales. The fishing in North Wales must be some of the finest in the British Isles, for many of the rivers and lakes are within the Snowdonia National Park. Bodelwyddan Game Anglers are very fortunate to have limited control of some of these waters; rivers include the River Conwy with its salmon and sea trout, the River Cledwen which holds real wild brown trout - the specialists dream with rod and fly. Then we have the river Elwy, which must be one of the best rivers around for sea trout, or sewin .
