Fronlas Café & Seafood Restaurant is a Grade II
Listed Building situated in the popular seaside
town of Newport, under the shadow of the Castle.
Open for morning coffee, delicious lunches,
including an excellent vegetarian selection,
afternoon teas and dinners. All the food served
is home-made using only the best of locally
sourced produce, organic whenever possible.
Fresh local fish and shellfish are the
speciality of evening meals e.g. Sea Bass,
Halibut, Sole, Sewin (Sea Trout), Salmon,
Mussels, Lobster and Scallops, etc. We are not
licensed, so please being your own wine.
