Sinai House is a privately owned Victorian House, built in 1860. The hotel has a residents' lounge and bar, dining room and magnificent scenic views over the Lyn Valley and the sea can be enjoyed from most bedrooms.

Wilsham Farm offers luxury B&B, in magical surroundings, just 3 miles from Lynton and 1 mile to the north Devon Coast.

The farm is set in 80 acres, and is blissfully peaceful, yet not isolated or remote. We overlook the East Lynn river valley and Watersmeet, and the South West Coastal path is just a stroll away, linked by a foot path which runs through part of the farm. There is a magnificent drawing room for guest's use and a conservatory with spectacular views, where you can enjoy breakfast whilst watching the wild red deer who visit us most mornings to graze on the lawn. We also have a heron who tries to catch the fish, otters in the valley who occasionally visit the pond, and buzzards flying overhead. Not to mention the mallard duck who arrive to be fed and the many garden birds.

The heated swimming pool is enclosed under glass so you can still enjoy the views and the wildlife while you swim!
