The hotel has recently been purchased and will be subject to a programme of restoration and refurbishment in order to turn it into our 'place' in Devon. Refurbishment plans: Lee Bay Hotel will be subject to a major refurbishment programme planning to commence in the winter months 2007/8. The current accommodation and decoration is clean and basic but does require updating and our low prices reflect this current condition.
