odd hour to residential riding courses for absolute
beginners.

Polmartin Riding is
situated in the beautiful and tranquil Cornish
countryside, near Lanreath which is close to
Looe and Liskeard.
We are a BHS Approved Riding School and training
facility offering unique horse riding, lessons
and training - from the very first riding lesson
to advanced horsemanship seminars; from simple
rides out to accompanied endurance races.
Our aim is to offer a
wide range of equestrian services and activities
to all levels of ability.
We offer varied and
safe riding all through the year which includes
hills, meadows, tracks and water features and we
have a sand school for lessons and training.

Approved, Cornwall County Council Licensed &
Association of British Riding Schools located in
Newquay, Cornwall.
Offering a wide range
of lessons including Children’s lessons from 7
years upwards, individual/private, group lessons
and ‘Own a pony’ mornings.
General and
experienced riding including Pony Trekking &
Hack riding, Trek for beginners & nervous riders
and beautiful scenic beach/coastal rides. We do
separate rides for experienced riders.
Group rides available,
ideal for Hen/Stag Nights. Newquay riding
stables also offers army mornings as part of our
adventure training with special rates for H.M
Forces personal.
Rides over beautiful
moors. We have 1 hour rides for beginners with
up to 4 hour rides for the more experienced
riders and rides go out all year.
Hourly lessons are
available at weekends for all ages and abilities
all our instructors are qualified or are in
training. We have 20 + horses and
they are broken at the centre and spend much of
their working life with us, they are both
reliable and friendly.
Chiverton Riding Centre is a
British Horse Society and Council registered
centre. It is run by George Forrest and his team
who are committed to the excellent equestrian
training for which Chiverton is renowned.
Chiverton can provide riding
lessons to people of all standards and levels from
a complete novice to an advanced rider. The riding
centre has an Indoor Arena, Outdoor Sand School
and high quality stabling and there are plans to
improve these with the addition of Mobile Cross
Country Jumps.
Penty Noweth Riding Centre - for all standards
of horse-riding from nervous beginners to
confident experienced. We have two highly
qualified instructors, Laurie Stephenson (BHSI)
and Judy Giles (SHM) with many years of
experience, tuition and competition. We
specialise in dressage, show jumping, cross
country. Laurie is a lSO qualified side-saddle
instructor.
BHS approved Centre established for over 20
years, qualified instructors teaching all
levels. Pleasant hacking along quiet country
lanes. Paintball site offers 16 acres of open
field, river and woodland with fort and village
complexes. Fully qualified marshals and full
protective equipment. Fully insured to Health
and Safety requirements. Great day out for
corporate, PR and 'Stag' functions.
