A private estate adjoining a golf course it is surrounded by 250 acres of National Trust land with woodland walks lakes and streams and a pleasant 20 minutes stroll leading to North Cliff's glorious sea views. Sandy beaches lie close by St Ives and the Tate are 10 miles and the Eden Project and Falmouth Maritime Museum are an easy drive. Pub and shop 1½ miles.
