Nestling in a sleepy hamlet close to the River Lyhner's tidal creek – a bird watchers' and walkers' paradise – this cosy cottage is very comfortably and attractively furnished with antiques. Historic Plymouth with its myriad attractions including the National Marine Aquarium lies about 8 miles away as do the National Trust properties of Cothele and Saltram House. A sandy beach is a few minutes' drive whilst tennis riding sailing cycle hire and golf are all found nearby. The village pub and shop are ½ mile up a steep hill.
Two bedrooms. Hall. Sitting room with open fire. Dining room with slate floor and gas 'wood burner effect' stove in stone fireplace. Small well equipped kitchen with additional seating area and doors to small garden. Bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath). Steep stairs to first floor: Double bedroom. Twin bedded room with one 3' bed and one 2' 6” bed.
