Within 600 yards of a safe sandy beach and harbour (pictured) where visitors can launch boats or enjoy a spot of fishing this split level single storey property is quietly set in its own garden on the fringes of the village of Gorran Haven. Spacious and very comfortable it makes an ideal base from which to explore the quaint narrow streets of nearby Mevagissey and the Roseland Peninsula's numerous fine sandy beaches and beautiful coastal scenery. The legendary Lost Gardens of Heligan are within 5 miles whilst St Austell the amazing Eden Project and Charlestown with tall ships sheltering in its Georgian harbour are all just a little further. Cycles can be hired along the Pentewan Valley (6 miles) and golf is available at Carlyon Bay (13 miles). Truro a cathedral city boasting interesting shops restaurants and theatre lies within easy reach (19 miles) and the National Trust's Lanydrock house and garden is also well worth a visit (22 miles). A ¼ mile stroll leads to shops and a pub serving food.

Just 200 yards from the harbour (pictured) in the heart of a most picturesque fishing village with its numerous pubs shops and restaurants this comfortable beamed cottage makes an ideal base for a Cornish holiday. Round the headland to the north lies the beach and cycle trail at Pentewan (2 miles) and to the south is the cluster of cottages and sandy beach of Gorran Haven the Lost Gardens of Heligan (3 miles) and the Eden Project (8 miles). A few minutes' drive away are the shipwreck museum and harbour at Charlestown and golf at Carlyon Bay. St Austell is 5½ miles and the cathedral city of Truro is 18 miles.
