With shops restaurants pubs golf and riverside park just a short stroll it is the perfect base for a peaceful holiday. The surrounding countryside is a walkers' paradise and the train gives access to many fine parts of Cornwall. Fowey's colourful old houses and quaint narrow streets Charlestown's harbour and tall ships and Eden Project are a few minutes' drive.
