The nearest beach at Trebarwith is only 4 miles away and slightly further afield is Rick Stein's world renowned sea food base of Padstow. Other close by attractions include Tintagel the legendary site of King Arthur's Castle and the picturesque harbours of Boscastle Port Isaac and the surfing mecca of Newquay. Due to steep gradients and steps Juliot's Well holiday park is not suitable for wheelchair users or persons with severe walking disabilities.

Within a short drive of the north coast's rugged grandeur just 3 miles from Trebarwith Strand beach (pictured) this simpy furnished single storey property is an ideal base from which to explore the fishing villages dotted along the coastline. Boscastle and Tintagel are only a few minutes by car whilst a little further west lies the town of Wadebridge with its cycle way leading along the estuary to the attractive fishing harbour at Padstow. A short journey to the east reaches the fine sandy surfing beaches of Widemouth Bay and Bude and the National Trust properties of Lanhydrock (20 miles) and Pencarrow House (13 miles) make interesting trips. Shops and pubs serving food in Camelford 2½ miles.

Enjoying its own pretty garden it adjoins the owner's home on the road between Camelford and Wadebridge (8 miles) from where the Camel Trail offers wonderful walking and cycling leading to Padstow. The great houses of Pencarrow and Lanhydrock (N.T.) are a short drive Bodmin Moor is close by and horse riding is available locally. Camelford's shops pubs restaurants and leisure facilities are 2 miles.
