Places to eat & drink in Truro.

Cornwall's only city is the most southerly in the UK and is famous, among other things, for its three-spired, 19th century cathedral and 240ft tower.

The fascinating city lies on the confluence of the rivers Kenyan and Allen and is a former market town, port and tin mining centre. Lemon Street is one of the best-preserved examples of Georgian architecture in the country.

The county's museum is a must-see for tourists and contains a collection of important Cornish paintings. The award-winning Courts of Justice - designed by the architects Eldred Evans and David Shale – was built on the site of a former Norman castle. Nearby lie the remains of an Iron Age settlement.

We cannot give a full list of all available food outlets but below is a small selection of those available in Truro or surrounding areas.
