We’re a family run
school based in the idyllic surroundings of
Christchurch Dorset, on the banks of the River
Stour, with easy access to the open sea. Being
in sheltered waters we are able to teach at most
states of tide and in all but the very worst of
the British weather.
Our
facilities include:- Showers, Licensed bar open
lunch time (Sunday's), Public car park & slipway
close by. Tuition in our fully equipped 5m RIB,
Own boat tuition, One to one tuition available.
We offer Gift Certificates for that special

You can cycle a 56 mile stretch of the Kennet
and Avon Canal. Hire a bike here. Open 7 days a
week, the Lock Inn Cottage can provide all types
of bike including Children's bikes, child
trailers and tandems. You can also hire a Day
boat of Canadian canoe. The bike hire is next
door to the Canalside cafe - all day menu and a
selection of beers and wines.
Self Drive Canal Boat day hire for up to twelve
persons Fully Equipped with sink, cooker and
fridge All essential amenities for your comfort
including toilet & washroom.

Ellingham Water Ski and Wakeboard Club is only a
20 minute drive from the M3/M27
intersection or Salisbury. Visitors are welcome
to ski at Ellingham Lake, the cost of a tow is
£15, made payable in advance. The club
also has an active Disabled Membership and is
the centre for ‘Water Skiing for the Disabled’
in the South West of England.
