First Contact organises activity breaks for adults in a range of exciting outdoor pursuits on the Isle of Wight. Activities include paragliding, RIB's, sailing, mountain biking, laser games, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, falconry, jet bikes, surfing, and windsurfing and are open to all levels of experience. Accommodation, meals, transfers and guides can be included. We specialise in corporate entertainment and can also provide innovative events tailor made for your company using our activities and hospitality at Island Events.

Farm-based weekend workshops on country skills, ecological issues & green workshops held monthly. We are hosting a wide range of presenters – both national and local – talking about and demonstrating many different subjects. Some are animal-based – bats, owls, horses, bees, etc., others are traditional rural skills like thatching, hedge-laying and strawbale building. We also have various events on personal and land energies, such as dowsing leylines, ‘ancient mothers’ women’s workshop and sacred garden design.
