The bright yellow Surrey Hills Explorer bus
starts the circular route at Dorking South
Street and visits a variety of places of
interest including Denbies Wine Estate, Box
Hill, Ranmore Common, Norbury Park (for Bocketts
Farm) and Polesden Lacey. It also stops at
Dorking Station, Burford Bridge Hotel and
Dorking Road, Bookham. To make the service
unique, a National Trust guide is on board the
bus to point out the places of interest on the
route and provide passengers with information
about the places they are visiting. For further
information about the service, pick up a leaflet
from Dorking Library, Dorking Tourist
Information Centre, Denbies Wine Estate,
Bocketts Farm or any local National Trust
property.
