Situated within the rural
surrounds of the Vale of Aylesbury, Whitchurch can
boast numerous half-timbered buildings and
thatched cottages as well as moat to 12th century
Bolebec Castle.
Creslow Manor was built around the 13th century
and is one of Buckinghamshire’s oldest houses.
Nearby Creslow Great Field - a royal grazing area
since Tudor times - is said to be the largest
single pasture in Britain. |
