Castle Menzies is a 16th century castle (restored by the Menzies Clan Society) was the seat of the Chiefs of Clan Menzies for over 400 years. It was involved in the turbulent history of the Highlands.

The building is architecturally fascinating, a splendid example of the transition between earlier rugged fortress and later mansion house. A classic Z-plan castle.

Castle Menzies is situated north of the River Tay at Weem on the B846, one and half miles from Aberfeldy.

Organized ghost hunts on application all through the year. Castle Menzies is available for public or private hire.
