Designed by the Scottish architect James Gillespie Graham. Completed in 1815,  the monument is dedicated to all the the clansmen who fought and died in the cause of the Stuarts.

Inverlochy Castle dates back to the 13th Century.  Although in ruins today, the castle played a major part in the civil wars between the Scottish and English during the 1640's.
