We are a friendly family run centre very close to junction 3 on M8.

We are approved by BHS and Association of British Riding Schools. We have fully qualified staff. Horses range from little ponies to 17 hand horses. We welcome riders of all ages and abilities including those with special needs.

Facilities include 2 indoor schools sand ménage and jumping paddock. We teach dressage, jumping, side saddle and train riders for exams and competition with or without their own horses. We also run short courses for children in school holidays. There is free off road parking.

A friendly riding centre based just outside the City of Edinburgh, around 20 minutes from the city centre.

There are approximately 50 horses for the riding school ranging from little Shetlands for the tinies up to 17 hh.

With both indoor and outdoor schools and plenty mainly off-road hacking or trekking.

We also provide horses for beach rides, country rides and all Border common ridings.

This riding school is situated on the outskirts of Edinburgh and is approved by the British Riding Schools. It provides both indoor and outdoor tuition. Activities such as trekking and hacking excursions are available across the surrounding countryside and professional instruction is on offer for every age group and every level of riding experience. There's also a saddlery and feed shop on site.

The Harelaw Equestrian Centre offers beautiful beach rides to the east coast, just outside Edinburgh, for experienced riders. For the more novice rider they offer excursions along safe off-road tracks. Other activities available include pony trekking, hacking and instruction. They are happy to welcome disabled riders and equine owners.
