Local Restaurants, Cafes, Pubs, Bars, etc in Largs
Places to eat in Largs.
A thriving centre for water sports and activities such as golf, Largs attracts thousands of Scandinavians each summer to its Viking Festival. It was here in 1263 that the army of Scottish king Alexander 11 defeated a Viking horde and ended foreign rule of the country's Western Isles. The 17th century burial aisle of the Montgomerys of Skelmorlie Castle rests in the centre of Largs.
