Tel: 01721 720197
E-mail: secretary@peeblesgolfclub.co.uk
Web: www.peeblesgolfclub.co.uk

Peebles Golf Club, overlooking the town and surrounded by the Borders hills, has developed into one of the best courses in the Borders and neighbouring Edinburgh region and with a modern club house it now boasts facilities to rival the best.

The testing course, originally developed by Harry Colt, is just over 6,160 yards long, par 70 and features wide rolling fairways with some magnificent views along the Tweed valley. The course has a very tough start, with the opening four holes played mainly into the westerly wind, but is more generous when the turn is made back down the hill to the ninth. The back nine offers a generous start, but from the fourteenth onwards the closing five holes often prove very difficult.
