Burton Constable Hall is set in 300 acres of natural parkland landscaped by Capability Brown and has been the home of the Constable family for over 400 years.
This truly hidden gem offers unrivalled access to more than 30 rooms and its interiors of faded grandeur are filled with collections of exquisite furniture, paintings and sculpture. There is a library of 5,000 books and a remarkable 18th century 'cabinet of curiosities', which contains fossils, natural history specimens and the most important collection of scientific instruments to be found in any country house. The Bayle Museum is a Grade 1 listed building, once part of the entrance to Bridlington Priory.
The history of Bridlington is explored through the museums exhibits, which include life size figures, scale models, interactive games and listening posts.
Bayle Museum contains several collections of historical interest, with admission costing adults £1.00 and Children (5-15 years) Free Admission (must be accompanied by an adult). Parking is free.

The history of the town and Port of Goole, through displays and exhibitions. The museum has a permanent display of exhibits showing life in Goole in the post-war period.
There is an extensive collection of costume and textiles, many of which are on display, as well as a superb collection of ship's models including one of the Bluebird, Malcolm Campbell's yacht, which was built in Goole. Many of the collection of Reuben Chappell's ship paintings, and other Pierhead Painters, are also on display.
The museum serves tea and coffee, and there is a small shop selling postcards. Free information sheets are available on all aspects of the collections.

Hornsea Museum has been featured on television several times and part of the old building have recently been refurbished. Hornsea Museum houses the largest collection of Hornsea pottery in the UK. One of the most frequent comments heard from visitors is "I never imagined there was so much to see!" So why not take a look?
