After a significant enhancement programme, it now offers a film theatre, activity room, banqueting room and outdoor models depicting the turbulent history of the castle. Also on site is a visitor's centre, gift shop and refreshment area. Guided tours available on request.

April, May & September: Sun, 2pm - 6pm
(In June, July, August the castle will open 12 - 6pm on Sundays)
November to March: Mon - Sat 10am - 4pm, Sunday 2pm - 4pm
