The Centre has a 25 metre competition swimming
pool and customers can either come for a casual
swim, a laned swim or an Aquafit class. We have
a HealthStyle Fitness Centre, which comprises of
a fitness gym, health suite (steam and sauna),
an activity studio for classes and a room for
"Spinning®", which is an exercise class on
fitness bikes.
