Edgbaston Watersports has offered water based activities at Edgbaston Reservoir since the early 80’s. The team here are pleased to be able to offer high quality water based activities including sailing, windsurfing, raft building, canoeing, kayaking and powerboating. The reservoir is located on the Western side of Birmingham city, and is therefore easily accessible from all areas within the city. The reservoir itself is a large expanse of water which was designed by Sir Thomas Telford to provide water for Birmingham’s canal system. All safety equipment is provided by Edgbaston watersports and is checked regularly to keep a high standard as well as boats used on the reservoir. RYA Training Centre. AALA licensed.

A family friendly club who have recently moved to the best sailing lake in the Cotswolds where they have built a brand new clubhouse, boat store, beach, racing facilities and children's play ground. They cater for all ages, dingy sailing, windsurfing and canoeing and have members aged 2 to 86. Racing takes place every Sunday through out the year and on Wednesday evenings in the summer. A RYA approved training centre who offer dingy from 8 years upwards. They are located on the A417 approximately half way between Lechlade and Fairford next to Coln Gravel and The Lakes by Yoo.

Day Hire: Our fleet of modern self-drive 20ft. fibreglass launches are available for hire by the hour or by the day for up to twelve people from our boatyard at Henley. Take a picnic and enjoy a lazy summers day boating, reaching either Marlow downstream or Sonning upstream. Traditional vintage umpire launches, built by Hobbs & Sons specifically to follow the Henley Royal Regatta and the Oxford and Cambridge University Boat Race are available with driver and can accommodate up to twelve guests in Edwardian splendour. We also have a large fleet of fibreglass skiffs for up to five persons. Available by the hour or for the day.
