Established in 1892 the Club has a long history
and is very well respected throughout the
country. Our colonial style Clubhouse and mature
parkland course provide the ideal setting for
regular golf as a Member, visitor or corporate
day out. Superb clubhouse facilities.
Designed in 1906 by the acclaimed Sandy Herd -
the Open Champion in 1902 - and reconstructed
further by esteemed golf course architect, Major
Charles Mackenzie, in 1935, Pannal golf club has
weathered the test of time well and remains as
marvellous and well-maintained a course today as
it did seventy or eighty years ago. With fabulous views of York Minster and
other such landmarks, it is laid out on
gorse-covered, tree-lined land and has hosted
many prestigious competitions, including the
British Youth Championships in 1975, won by a
young Nick Faldo no less. The total yardage of the course is 6622
with a SSS of 72 and a par of 72.
Found on the southern fringes of Harrogate in
North Yorkshire, Rudding Park Hotel & Golf Club

and new bunkers that have been added to the
existing surroundings to make for a testing
round of golf. The clubhouse overlooks the

designed to complement the natural woodland
setting with its Scandinavian style. There is
also a floodlit driving range for you to hone
your swing on before teeing off.
Crimple Valley is a great nine-hole pay-and-play

player.The club is

is open to the public and has a wide range of
snacks and meals which are served every day with
the exception of Sunday. The golf course, according to club

North of Newcastle on the B1318 this is a
testing course due to its lengthy fairways. The
greens are also well protected and quite fast
providing challenging putting conditions. Add to
this the many natural hazards and the increasing
difficulty in windy conditions and it provides
golfers with a great golfing experience. The
club also has an excellent clubhouse and
facilities.
Established originally
as a nine hole course in 6222 and developed to
18 holes later the South Shields Golf Club is
one of the oldest clubs in its vicinity.
The course is an 18 hole
6222 yard Par 71 coastal heathland course,
situated next to Cleadon Water Tower. Open to sea breezes, which
increases the difficulty of some of the holes,
the course is very easy walking and renowned for
the quality of its greens. It also rarely closes
due to its natural drainage of limestone rock on
which it is built. Well worth a visit. See our
