South View Farm's coarse fishery consists of three spring fed lakes known as Willow Pool, Kingfisher Pond and Heron Pond. The fishery's six acres are set in an idyllic South Devon valley near Exeter. All the waters have regularly produced good catches since they were opened to day ticket anglers in the early 1980s. We have mirror carp up to 20 lbs, leather carp up to 16 lbs plus, skimmer bream in Heron Pond, perch in Kingfisher to 3.5 lbs, roach to 2.5 lbs plus, tench to 6 lbs plus, ghost carp to 15 lbs plus, rudd to 2.5 lbs plus, common carp to 28 lbs plus.

A one-and-a-half acre lake in the picturesque Culm valley, this venue was originally built as a water reservoir in the 1900s and is stocked with carp to 24lb, bream to 9lb and tench to 6lb. There are 35 pegs available. Bed & Breakfast in a 17th century guesthouse is also available on site with free fishing for residents. Waggler and pole methods will both score and sweetcorn and luncheon meat will catch the carp, whilst casters and maggot should do the trick for the tench.

Clatworthy Reservoir is situated in the Brendon Hills on the edge of the Exmoor National Park in west Somerset. It impounds the head waters of the River Tone and the surrounding rolling hills provide a picturesque setting for walking and fishing. There are 7 water inlets which are all described as hot spots for fishermen, but generally the south bank is considered to be the best area. Clatworthy offers good top of the water fishing with nymphs or dry flies or at the deep areas, with sinking lines and flashing lures. The fishing lodge has facilities for the disabled, plus an 'Allan' wheelie boat.

Riverton more than welcomes day ticket anglers. Both lakes are readily accessible to disabled anglers with parking within feet of Willow Pool. Pampas Lake is a 3-acre specimen pool holding a large head of Common, Mirror and Ghost Carp to over 25lb with many 'doubles'. Also Roach, Bream, Tench and some very large Perch. Responds well to boilies, sweetcorn and luncheon meat as well as a variety of surface baits. Willow Pool is a 2.5 acre general pleasure and Match Lake heavily stocked with Carp to 8lb, Tench, Bream, Roach, Perch and Crucian Carp. Ideal for both novice and experienced anglers alike. Try the margins early and late with maggots, sweetcorn and luncheon meat for mixed bags. Keepnets allowed on Willow only - but please - proper size nets and handle all fish with care! Both the new and match lake are fully stone pathed. There is also an 18MPEG float lake. Light refreshments available. Toilets on site. Main carp lake closed due to remodelling work due to re-open 1st April.
