CHEADLE - Staffordshire Moorlands
An open air market is held on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday in this small but busy town. The Catholic church with its 200ft spire, designed by Pugin and paid for by the 16th Earl of Shrewsbury, is impressive if a little over ornate.
