Enjoy a fabulous meal in the splendour of this
wonderful house which was once the home of the
Armstrong-Jones family. Lord Snowdon and
Princess Margaret were frequent visitors to the
house which is set in its own grounds with
outstanding views over Snowdonia, Anglesey and
The Irish Sea. Our head chef, Joachim Monterieux,
was trained in Le Mans and has worked in quality
restaurants throughout the UK, Europe and the
USA. He and his team will ensure that you have a
memorable meal made only from the freshest,
finest quality ingredients - from the canapés
through to the petit fours, you will be
delighted by your evening at Plas Dinas.

Recently awarded Restaurant of the Year by Taste
of Wales, it is not difficult to see why. The
emphasis is on serious cooking, using nothing
but the best of the local produce, but without
becoming carried away on flights of fancy and
culinary ego rides. The word ‘honest’ has been
used on numerous occasions to describe Lynda
Kettle’s cooking.
