Easily
accessed & conveniently situated between
Pembroke & Pembroke Dock, Pembroke
Leisure Centre has just undertaken a
major refurbishment to its facilities.
The
refurbishment has included the addition
of a state of the art fitness suite (with
air cooling), changing rooms, plasma
televisions & music.
The centre also boasts a
spacious reception area with lounge and
comfortable seating as well as a 25m swimming
pool, teaching pool (used for swimming lessons),
swimming pool viewing area.
The sports hall
facilitates badminton, football, volleyball,
hockey and various other sports. Additionally
there are 2 squash courts, artificial turf pitch
(ATP), dance studio (opening 2007) and meeting
rooms. The whole centre is
disabled friendly with changing rooms and
toilets on both floors which are easily
accessible with use of the lift.
Healthy eating
is catered for with the use of vending machines
located in the main reception. Experienced,
fully trained staff are always on hand to offer
help and also deliver a variety of group
activity sessions, e.g. swimming lessons,
gymnastics, pool parties, football parties, back
care classes, spin cycle classes, circuit
training, healthy eating sessions and more.
Milford Leisure
Centre has been refurbished and extended in 2006
to include an all new fitness suite with 32
stations.
The complex also
includes 25m swimming pool, 2 squash courts,
multi-purpose sports hall, cardio theatre
screens, dance studio, indoor bowls hall (4
rinks), sauna and steam room, 2 floodlit outdoor
tennis courts and crèche.
Experienced, fully trained
staff are always on hand to offer help and also
deliver a variety of group activity sessions,
e.g. aerobics, aquafit, body conditioning, body
sculpt, Pilates, Bosu and circuit training.
There is full disabled access with dedicated
changing facilities, parking, swimming pool
hoist and a new lift to the first floor. Healthy
eating vending is available on site and local
cafes are nearby.
Experience the friendly
atmosphere at 20m x 7m Narberth swimming pool. A
full range of pool activities and classes,
including swimming, lifesaving, canoeing, 60+
swim, ladies only, adult lessons and aquafit, is
available as well as public access sessions at
different times each day.
'Dry' activities include
Boxercise and Nordic Walking. For more precise

dedicated changing facilities, swimming pool
hoist and mobile chair hoist.

Leisure Centre has a 25m swimming pool
with viewing area, teaching pool,
multi-purpose sports hall, fitness suite
and dance studio.
Experienced,
fully trained staff are always on hand to
offer help and also deliver a variety of
group activity sessions, e.g. swimming
lessons, ballet, aerobics, aqua aerobics,
step, boxercise and more.
Conferences and special
events can also be accommodated - please ring
for details. There is full accessibility with
dedicated changing facilities, parking, swimming
pool hoist and a new lift to the lower floor.
The coffee bar serves refreshments and snacks
while healthy eating vending is also available
on site.
Located in the Sports
Dome on the campus of Tasker Milward School,
Haverfordwest Tennis Centre is a superb
facility, unique in Pembrokeshire, comprising 2
full size indoor courts with synthetic surfaces,
a further multi-purpose area and 6 floodlit
outside courts.
The centre accommodates a
wide range of racquet and bat activities with
sessions of casual tennis, club tennis, tennis
coaching, netball, badminton, short tennis,
basketball, table tennis, netball, children's

leisure centre has an all weather pitch,
2 squash courts, fitness suite with over
30 fitness machines, group cycling area,
free weights area, dance studio, all
weather athletics track, 4 tennis courts
and a multi-purpose sports hall.
Experienced, fully trained
staff are always on hand to offer help and also
deliver a variety of group activity sessions,
e.g. football, hockey and netball coaching,
dance, fitness classes, weight management,
sports massage and more. Healthy eating vending
is available on site and local cafes are nearby.
The smallest city in the
UK isn't short of amenities which include the
20m x 8m swimming pool and 3 outdoor tennis
courts. You can even hire the pool after 12pm on
Saturdays and 1pm on Sundays.
Activities on offer include
swimming lessons, early bird swim sessions,
Dragon Fun, aqua aerobics, trampoline, football
and lifesaving courses. There is full disabled
access with dedicated changing facilities and a
swimming pool hoist. A shop is also on site as
well as healthy eating vending.

Thornton Hall
comprises and excellent indoor sports hall
capable of accommodating most sports coupled
with a floodlit outdoor artificial turf pitch
(ATP).
This facility is very popular with local
sporting clubs who use it for regular training
sessions e.g. Pembrokeshire County Cricket,
Camrose Football, Neyland Badminton, Milford
Ladies Hockey, Milford United U21s, etc.
