18th season we offer you the very
best in Quad entertainment. We work with some
prestigious partners including Virgin and the
Welsh Tourist Board. We offer 2 Quad Bike
activities:
TRAIL RIDING (Min age
16): With over 12km of routes, you'll be
doing well to find anything more satisfying.
Flat fields, man-made obstacles, cambers,
exhilarating descents and climbs, tight tree
lined sections, berms and water. Welcome to our
Quad playground! Trail riding is open from
February half-term until the end of October half
term every year. PRE BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL.
We only use the very best Quads for the job –
The Suzuki LT-Z250 sports bikes. You need to be
able to use gears if you book this activity.
ARRIVE AND DRIVE(Min age 6):
Arrive and Drive is for everyone. As it's name
suggests, there is no need to book - Just turn
up! All Arrive and Drive bikes are fully
automatic. We have a range of bikes to suit all
sizes of rider. Arrive and Drive is undertaken
around enclosed courses. Arrive and Drive is for
everyone aged 6 - 15 but is also ideal for
families wishing to ride together, first time
quad riders or people not confident using gears.
It's a lot of fun and can appeal to anyone.
INTERNET ACCESS AND GAMING: We have
Public Internet access and you can play some
great games against your friends.

Based in the heart of Pembrokeshire National
Park. The accommodation is in the 18th Century
school house for up to 16 in double and single
rooms or in a dormitory style area for groups.
Courses include: Adventure activities,
Photography above and below the water, RYA power
boat courses, Dive Courses.

Fresh Adventure, based at Freshwater East, is
the newest activity centre in Pembrokeshire. We
offer a wide range of activities, to suit all
tastes and abilities. These include kayaking,
climbing, coasteering and sailing, in addition,
land based activities like archery and 4x4
driving. Also on offer are bespoke activity days
where you can mix and match the activities to
suit your weekend or have an action packed day.
We welcome anyone who is willing to have a bit
of fun!
Milton Manor is a pleasant country house set in
6 acres of mature grounds in the beautiful South
Pembrokeshire countryside. The adjoining 500
acre farm is owned by the same family and
provides all the space necessary for the
activities. Accommodation can be taken at the
Manor House. The activities are provided by
Fresh Adventure who are AALA licensed. Team
Challenges. Tailor make any event to suit your
requirements, from 1/2 days to a full weekend.
The choice is yours. House parties. Family of
friends can get together for relaxation or a

Adventure lodge offering accommodation and
activities for adults 18+. Accommodation
consists of a spacious lodge, awarded 3* status
in 2002 WTB inspection, set in 3 acres of land;
a stunning location with just 1 mile walk
through National Trust woodland to our idyllic
local beach. Facilities include a private bar,
conservatory with pool table and comfortable
lounges with wood burning stoves and delicious

The new Centre at Cleddau Reach, Pembroke Dock
is a truly fantastic venue – a £2.5m
accommodation and activity centre with around
£500k of equipment and up to 30 specialist well
qualified instructors working at peak periods.
We are open throughout the year and busy from
mid January through to mid November offering a
huge range of activities to young people. With
specialist support for visiting teams, schools
and groups, the centre holds one of the largest
Trust staff teams in the UK who deliver
programmes tailored to your specific
requirements. Where are we? We are situated on the very edge of the
Cleddau River, Pembrokeshire's secret waterway,
where the river enters the Pembrokeshire Coast
National Park. Our slipways enter the water at
the mouth of Cosheston Pill, a designated Site
of Special Scientific Interest
We are only a couple of minutes away from the
main A477 although you won't know it while
you're here; Pembroke Dock railway station is
just a mile away, we're barely two from the
Irish Ferry port and only 40 miles from the M4.
Our large free car park means that coaches are
no problem and, with three slipways, neither is
getting on the water at any time during the day. Facilities Based in the modern, purpose built wet side
teaching unit you will have direct all-tides
access to the Cleddau Waterway and the use of:
• Large modern training fleet and associated
equipment
• Extensive changing and showering facilities
• Indoor climbing wall
• Wheelchair access throughout including
specialised changing rooms, lift and ramps
• Dining area and cafe with balcony looking out
over the river
• Common rooms with optional TV and tea & coffee
