This is a very long championship course, has an
inland links feel to it. There are water hazards
on the first seven holes, and is particularly
challenging holes on the 16th par 3, 223 yards,
8th par 5, 600 yards and an uphill par 4 at the
13th. Situated four miles west of Stratford upon
Avon, B439.
Set in over 200 acres of Warwickshire
countryside, with easy motorway access, the club
provides an ideal venue for all conference,
business and function requirements away from the
hustle and bustle of the city.
Mature
parkland course, long and very
challenging.
The par 4 and 5's are particularly
interesting with some tricky greens to
negotiate, a real test of golf to players
of all standards, a well maintained
course with quality greens.
Set in fine surroundings and excellent clubhouse
with facilities. Situated six miles from Coventry.
Relax in our bar and restaurant. Visit our well
stocked Pro Shop, a must for all keen golfers.
Nuneaton Golf Course was formed in 1905.
Originally opened with 9 holes and later
extended to its current layout of 18 holes. The
course with its many tree lined fairways,
meandering ditches and several dog leg holes
will need careful placement of the ball off the
tee if good scoring is to be achieved. Many will
find the course a good test of golf for all
standards. You can sit and enjoy refreshments in
a choice of three areas, all looking out across
panoramic views of the golf course. In the
restaurant you can obtain an a la carte meal or
if you prefer you can sit in the bar area where
bar snacks are available all supplied by our
caterer. There are ample changing areas with
showering facilities.
Parkland course which is a good challenge for
high handicappers with water coming into play on
some holes, testing par 3's which are guarded by
well placed bunkers. Situated one mile north
east on the B5414.
The Recreation Ground, Swan's Nest Lane,
Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 1LS
Relaxing, affordable, fun for all can be had at
this 18-hole miniature golf course - putting
with lumps and bumps. Challenging...and no
windmills! Set by the River Avon with beautiful
views and easy access to car parks, town and
children's' playground. After your game, enjoy
light refreshments on the terrace at "Liddy's
Cafe" overlooking the river.
Parkland course set in the middle of the
racecourse, easy walking with some tricky holes.
Excellent facilities and driving range. Follow
signs for racecourse.
Situated in the middle of 465 flowing acres in
the centre of picturesque Warwickshire
countryside, one is able to stand and marvel at
the majesty. The Warwickshire has played host to
many professional tournaments including a
European Seniors Tour event and the Midland PGA
final on three occasions. North Course -
Creatively sculptured through mature woodland,
this challenging 3780 yard course demands
accuracy. South Course - Built in the style of
an inland links, it is equally challenging. East
Course - Designed in the American style with
wide open fairways and spectacular water
hazards, the East loop provides a different
challenge. West Course - Water is the major
feature of the 3627 yard West course. This
picturesque parkland style course is an
enjoyable test of golf for both the low and high
handicapper.
