affords extensive views of the Weaver Hills and
Churnet valley, and is an ideal centre from
which to sample the many attractions and
delights of the Peak District and surrounding
area (Alton Towers is only a few minutes drive
away).

and 2 family rooms, all have washbasin,
television, tea and coffee making facilities and
beautiful views over the rolling countryside.

Built in 1812, this
Georgian house is situated in a country lane a
mile from the centre of Uttoxeter, a small
market town on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire
border. We have two very spacious letting rooms,
one with en-suite shower facilities and the
other with its own private bathroom. With
comfortable beds, colour television, tea and
coffee making facilities in both rooms, add to
this a hearty breakfast and you are sure of a
relaxing stay.
