Grafton Villa is a
farmhouse of great character and warmth, set in
an acre of lawns and gardens, with panoramic
views over farmhouse and iron age forts.
An ideal retreat for
a relaxing and peaceful holiday, yet the farm is
only two miles from the Cathedral City of
Hereford.

Three gorgeous cottages situated within the farm
walled gardens, surrounded by flower filled
borders, lavender, apple blossom, sheltered and
peaceful - just heavenly! Situated within two
miles of the Cathedral city of Hereford, a
perfect base for visiting wonderful countryside.
Anvil Cottage is of real
character, beams, exposed brickwork, natural
woods and antique furniture. Suitable for wheel
chair and less able guests. Apple Bough and
Cider Press cottages have oak floors, fired
earth tiles, leather suites, fully equipped
kitchens, four-poster and Rococo beds, all
complimented with designer fabrics and
accessories; they can be let as one unit to
sleep 10 guests, else 6 and 4 respectively.
Apple Bough has a ground floor bedroom with
en-suite 'wet room', full wheelchair access.

Sympathetically renovated to very high standards it still retains much original character and exposed beams in the spacious high ceilinged rooms. And its large sitting/dining room makes it especially suitable for reunions and other celebrations. Enjoying a rural village setting The Coach House lies within easy reach of this beautiful area's many delights including Hay-on-Wye renowned for its plethora of superb bookshops and annual literary festival and Hereford Cathedral and the world famous Mappa Mundi. Visitors can follow the 'Black and White' village trail or enjoy wonderful walking from the gentle to the more energetic – the Brecon Beacons National Park is easily accessible – and there are several fine golf courses nearby. Pubs serving good food abound the nearest is 3 miles away – as are a selection of shops.
