Ballinger's Farmhouse
Cottages consist of The Granary and The Stables
these are two delightful single storey cottages,
ideal for two people.
They are situated immediately opposite the
Ballinger's Farmhouse, which is an early 17th
century Grade II listed building.
Farms usually have a number of functional
buildings near by and originally the two
cottages were - yes you guessed it - a granary
and stables. On arriving at Ballinger's
Farmhouse, Ian and Judi Pollard have two
friendly Labradors to greet you and enough
chickens to ensure you can buy fresh eggs for
your breakfast.
Camera crews visit the
village from time to time to film costume dramas
at The Mill Inn and the Church. The village
church was originally built in 1150 and restored
and enlarged later. The fine Norman doorway
remains and the exterior features of St.
Michael, mostly perpendicular still remain. The
village has two wonderful public houses called
The Kings Head and The Mill Inn where good food
and ale are served. Charges range from £200 to
£290 a week.

Serviced apartments can provide a good alternative to a hotel, providing that home from home feel, as well as your own dedicated space. They are popular with the travelling business person, but also work extremely well as a treat for someone special, or for a city break. At the Central Apartments we aim to cater for all types of visitor, which is reflected well in our current
offerings. The superior apartment is a beautiful apartment built in the traditional regency style, and would definitely appeal to those who would like to experience a more relaxing stay, slightly away from the bustle of the town
centre. Our other apartment is a recently renovated apartment located in the heart of the town centre. It is more compact than the Superior, but its appeal would stretch from tradesmen working away from home, to those who might fancy a more social visit to
Cheltenham. With further apartments coming on soon, whatever your requirements, we should be able to meet your needs.
Why stay in a small, impersonal hotel room just like all those others when you can enjoy the delights of this comfortable, well appointed serviced town house property just minutes from the heart of Regency Cheltenham.
There's a range of modern facilities at your fingertips including a fully equipped kitchen and
you'll enjoy all that extra personal space you just
don't get in a hotel room in which to dine, recline in front of the modern digital TV or perhaps relax with a book on the ample suite.
Upstairs the master bedroom to the rear has a comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobe, whilst the second bedroom has a single bed and additional rollaway bed as well. The lovely bathroom offers all the features you would expect in a modern property including bath and shower and heated towel rail for those chilly
mornings.
