The Wynnstay offers a choice of dining, catering
for a quick snack to a more relaxed and
elaborate meal. The Wynnstay Restaurant offers
an eclectic mix of dishes created and developed
by our Head Chef, Martin Harrop, ranging from a
traditional roast to a balance of lighter more
creative dishes, many with a Mediterranean or
new Italian influence. The choice of dishes
reflects an international appeal and we pride
ourselves on the use of fresh produce, much of
it sourced locally. Our awards include an AA
Rosette for fine cuisine. The ambience of the
Restaurant, air conditioned for all year round
comfort is stylish and relaxing with a touch of
elegance. The Pavilion Lounge Bar, also air
conditioned, features excellent value bar meals
both at lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
Blackboard items change daily. This is a popular
locals bar and remains open all day serving
coffees and afternoon teas in addition to the
bar meal and a full range of beers, including
cask, spirits and wine by the glass. The wine
list offers a choice of over 60 wines, many
excellent quality Italian wines, but also a good
range of European and New World wines.
