The noisiest things around here are birdsong and
the sound of walkers on the Ridgeway Path as they
pass our front door. Our food is a little bit
different at lunchtime you will find good value
favourites such as Fish and Chips and Sausage and
Mash. The evening selection is much wider, with
most ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
Ideally located for walkers wanting The Ridgeway
Path. The National Trust has properties at
Basildon Park, Greys Court and Beale Park which
have a lot to offer, particularly to children.
Railway enthusiasts are well-catered for with the
Didcot Railway Centre. Local activities include
clay pigeon shooting, fishing, riding and golf.
