50 people at £10 per person self-catering. Large
groups (25 and over) £12 per person per night.
Small groups £15 per person per night
Meals can be provided at £5
per meal. Breakfast (cheaper rate). Two family
Chalets (up to 4 people) at £15 per person or
£20 single. Outside facilities include boating
on the lake, games field, camp fire and horse
riding plus 20 acres of woodland.

Tastefully decorated it forms a single storey wing of the owner's house. Fishing is available. Within 1 mile are two good pubs one with restaurant. Leisure park 2 miles. Witney (7 miles) and Abingdon (9 miles) are interesting local market towns and Oxford is only 10 miles. Shop 2 miles.
